Using the service

Video Text Remover provides online removal of embedded video text. Sign in with Google to upload clips, access jobs and use credits. You are responsible for account activity and keeping access secure.

Inputs and content rights

Inputs must be MP4, MOV or WebM within the editor's 2 GiB, 60-minute and 1080p limits. Browser and provider codec compatibility may impose additional restrictions. Do not submit unlawful content or videos you are not authorized to upload, modify and share with the processor. Removing text does not grant video rights or remove attribution obligations.

Videos are privately stored and submitted through our server to UnMarkAI. Original files, previews and results expire after 7 days. Download and save results you need; account history is not permanent file storage.

Previews and quality

Each account can use one free preview of the first 5 seconds, or a shorter complete clip. The free preview is used once it is accepted for processing, even if it later fails or is canceled. Validation or availability failures before submission do not use the free preview. Daily platform capacity still applies. Arbitrary segment selection and unlimited full-video processing are not included.

AI reconstructs a plausible background and cannot guarantee the exact hidden original pixels. Residual text, flicker and distortion can occur, especially with faces, large overlays, detailed scenery or motion. Manual selection does not guarantee text tracking. Inspect actual previews and results. No perfect-result or fixed-speed promise is made; homepage illustrations are not verified benchmarks.

One-time credits and charging

Creem hosts one-time credit packs: 200 credits for $10; 700 credits for $30; 1,500 credits for $60; 4,000 credits for $150; 9,000 credits for $300 USD. Purchased credits do not expire. These purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Complete selected-area jobs use 1 credit per started 5 seconds; automatic full-frame removal uses 2. Duration rounds up to at least one unit. A 12-second clip therefore uses 3 or 6 credits respectively. The server calculates the cost for the requested mode and duration. The service does not provide credit transfers between accounts.

If a complete processing job fails, eligible charged credits are returned once. Credits revoked or frozen because of a purchase refund or payment dispute are not restored by a failed job; a later purchase reversal can also revoke previously returned credits. A failed-job credit return is separate from a cash refund of a purchase. For purchase disputes or refund requests, use the contact channel and provide your order number. Nothing here limits rights available under applicable law.

Availability and contact

Processing depends on storage, payment and third-party AI services and can be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise every clip's completion time. Terms and displayed limits may be updated as the service changes.
