Capacity is a theoretical total across videos. Each task rounds up to a 5-second unit. Per-video input limits: 2 GiB, 60 minutes and 1080p.

How many credits will I use?
Selected-area removal costs 1 credit per 5 seconds. Automatic full-frame removal costs 2 credits per 5 seconds. We round duration up to the next 5-second unit, with a minimum of one unit per job. Your estimate appears before processing.

Can I see a result before paying?
Each account can try one free preview of the first 5 seconds. Processing the complete video uses credits. Removal quality depends on the source footage; inspect the actual preview before spending credits on the full video.
Will I be charged again? Do credits expire?
Every pack is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire; uploaded videos and results are retained for 7 days.
What happens if processing fails?
Failed full-video tasks return eligible processing credits. Credits from refunded or disputed purchases are excluded. This credit return is separate from a cash refund, and a successfully processed video may still have visual artifacts. Check your actual preview before purchase; contact support with the job ID if the result needs review.
What happens after I choose a pack?
Sign in with Google, complete the one-time checkout with Creem, and return to your credit balance. Credits are added after the payment is verified. Then open the editor to process your video. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
