Privacy notice

Data practices for Google accounts, Creem payments, private video storage and third-party video processing.

Scope

This notice describes Video Text Remover, including accounts, credit purchases and video processing. Processing a video requires uploading it; AI processing does not run only on your device.

Accounts and payments

Google sign-in provides account identity, such as name, email and profile image. Account records and authentication cookies maintain your session, associate jobs with the correct account and manage credits.

Creem hosts checkout for one-time credit packs. We record order identifiers, products, amounts, payment status and verified provider transaction data to fulfill purchases and prevent duplicate grants. Enter card details only in the hosted checkout. Provider policies also apply to information you give Google or Creem directly.

Uploads and third-party processing

Choosing a file allows local browser inspection and playback, subject to codec support. Starting an upload sends it to private Cloudflare R2 storage. Account ownership checks protect access to originals, previews and results; files are not placed in a public media library.

Our server submits necessary video access and removal parameters to UnMarkAI. This third-party processor can access submitted videos to perform the request. Its service terms and data practices apply. Our 7-day policy does not make a separate guarantee about a provider's internal logs or backups. Only submit videos you are permitted to share with a processor.

Originals, previews and results expire after 7 days. Expired files are unavailable through the service and subject to storage cleanup. Save your results promptly; this is not a permanent video archive. Account, order, credit and job records are separate from video files and may remain for account operation, purchase fulfillment and abuse prevention.

Website activity and browser storage

First-party analytics records session identifiers, page paths, event names and times, referral or campaign information, broad device categories and page language. Signed-in sessions can be associated with activity. Event payloads do not include video contents, prompt text or card details. Hosting infrastructure may keep separate operational logs.

We also use Google Analytics to measure website visits and interactions. Its browser tag sends usage information to Google. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. The analytics preference below also disables this tag; it respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

If you request sign-in from the editor after selecting a video, the browser may cache a local draft of the file, removal mode and selected area to resume after sign-in. The retrieval token stays in this tab, and the draft is usable for 30 minutes. Restoration deletes the saved draft and does not start an upload or processing job. Changing signed-in accounts clears the current draft; expired browser copies are cleaned during a later editor visit. This local cache is separate from Cloudflare storage.

Browser storage supports session attribution, analytics preferences, language and theme. You can disable first-party analytics below. The tracker also respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Analytics preferences

We use Google Analytics and first-party usage statistics. Photos, prompts and payment details are not included in our event tracking. First-party events are kept for up to 90 days. This setting applies to this browser; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are also respected.
